Open the National Weather Service New Orleans forecast ↗. Conditions at the actual dock and bayou may differ. Follow the operator’s instructions and official warnings.
If the operator cancels
Use the contact and cancellation instructions on your confirmation. Ask whether rebooking or a refund is offered under your specific rate and booking-channel terms. Keep your cancellation message and confirmation reference.
Choose an alternative that still fits your day
- Check a later departure, after confirming that it will operate and that you can make the meeting time.
- Compare a different boat format. Covered boats are also weather-dependent; do not assume they will run when an airboat cannot.
